Psychonika Shipping Policy Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Because our somatic products and equipment ship directly from specialized manufacturing partners, typical delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days (after processing) • Total Estimated Time: 8 to 17 business days from order placement to delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to international customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the courier network.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on warehouse location and packaging requirements.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
